1st night at Shangrila was quite bad for me cuz I seem to have caught a cold and started running a fever in the middle of the night...Rummaging through my luggage to put on more clothings and searching for my heat packs was a feat as I was having "cold spasms" and trembling throughout. Hiding under my blanket, started wondering how am I gonna pull through when this is just the 1st night of my journey...Couldn't believe that I'm really so weak..Man!
Was pretty lucky that the huge plaster at my back and the neck cushion helped to gradually soothe me to sleep and thus, felt better the next day. Veron and 小胖 took us for a short tour in 古城 the next morning before we hitch a ride on the 面包车 to Waka..............
( Cold spasms hit me again while I was writing this on my iphone thus couldn't continue on...only remembered that Cat asked me some questions but I could only manage a mumbled reply and quickly hid under my blanket for warmth......)
All wrapped up like a dumpling for warmth!
Can't wait to hug the kids in June! We gotta start planning on what to get for the lil ones!
